Stock suspension and wheels, with no plan to upgrade.
    Can I run 275/70 R18's w/o any issues?
    Stock tires are 265/70 R18

You're asking if a 0.4" wider tire (so 0.2" into the wheel well) and a 0.6" taller tire (0.3" of lift) will fit in the wheel well and you started a new thread for this? Yes that will as has been asked many a time before.... Please please please use that search function..... searching 275/70/18 got 6 pages of results with 252 times that size has mentioned in the 3ed gen forum, not trying to be a jerk but this is why there contines to be more and more garbage on this site that makes it more difficult for everyone to find anything.

At the very least update the thread title for the question you're asking "275/70/18's in place of 265/70/18"

I'm running 275/70R18 Cooper Discoverer ATP and they fit fine on stock suspension. I have zero rub on full turn and shock compression.
