Months after having my Alpharex LED headlights, both turn signals started hyperflashing when I use the turn signal . At first i thought it was the bulb, then then I noticed the bulb was good and eventually both sides started to hyperflash. There were some wires that were sent with the headlights and installed. Long story short ? After watching some YouTube, will changing the relay that it has for a relay that’s meant for for LEDs help this issue?

I am not personally super familiar with the Alpharex headlights, but from what I understand about LED’s and the flasher circuit, LED’s “look” like a short/non-existent bulb to the flasher circuit. Same as if you had a bad bulb and the blinker hyper flashes. So the relay or resistor provided with the kit would be responsible for presenting the appropriate load to the flasher circuit for proper operation.

So, yes, I think you are on the right track.

do you think it’s worth a shot swapping out the relay? If so, is there a specific relay for turn signals?

LEDs hyperflash. Most don't see it because our eyes and brains can't process a flash rate over a certain frequency. The reason LEDs flash? Perceived brilliance. When the LED is turned on it is over driven to make it brighter to our brain. If kept in that state it will overheat. So most LEDs are switched on an off at a rate higher than be can see.

Want proof? While looking at LED taillights, rotate you head side to side quickly while keeping your eyes fixed in relation to your head.

    Contact the manufacturer.

Edit: I didn't see turn signals mentioned in the OP. If you're talking about turn signals.... Nevermind. It's probably the load resistor in parallel with the turn signal LED has opened.

you lost me in the last sentence of the edit. What do I need to do to fix the load resistor and open LED turn signal?

do you by any chance think it could be a ground issue? Maybe the part where it’s connected to the grounds needs to be cleaned ?

A turn signal flasher relay used to contain a bimetal strip that would bend once heated. The heat came from the total current going to all turn signal bulbs. In the old days if a bulb was burned out or not making connection the bimetal strip would heat up slower before opening the contact feeding the lights. Pulling a trailer caused the signals to flash at a faster rate since the total current going through the bimetal strip increased. The click we hear when the TS operates is a throw back from the old style flasher relay clicking open.
I believe all flasher relays are solid state and designed to flash at a much higher rate when a bulb is out. Most likely a warning to the driver that a bulb is out.

LED lights use much less current and therefore don't work correctly with a standard flasher relay. In order for most LED turn signal to work properly the total current going through the flasher relay must be increased. The easy way to do this is to add a resistor to provide an alternate path for current to flow. If this resistor opens the total current is reduced and the TS flash rapidly. I don't know what these look like or where they are placed but can assume they get rather warm if used for an extented period of time. Such as hazard flashers.

And yes, a bad ground can cause all sorts of strange issues.

    Just LEDS for now
I have also an issue with hyper flashing but strange reason is only the driver side. i've seen adjustable flashers.

when I got the headlights, it came with some wires that are like this. First 1.5 years everything was good. My sr5 didn’t come stock with DRLs. But these headlights did. Is there a possibility that the little black boxes burnt or something?

That would be my guess. What's the warranty on these?

Not sure. I tried calling a while ago and they told me the warranty had expired.

If the little black box happened to not be good anymore, is there something I’ve could have done to prevent it?

Probably not. Did you check connections for corrosion?
