    I was hoping you'd send me some, I'd complain about the quality (somehow they are stuck together :anonymous:) and when you send me replacements, I was gonna sell the stuck together ones on the for sale forum.

    There goes my Saturday. :(

    Dude I’m sorry. Some of these guys just have to wreck everything. A good hearted, decent thread gets derailed because these jive asses want to gang up on someone like a bunch of middle school bullies.
    Real classy guys. I wish I could say I was disappointed but it’s honestly expected at this point.

    I’m probably going to regret this but trying one more time because I feel bad just chucking these. Not going to ship; these are free to anyone who wants to come grab them in the DC/MD/VA area.

    I ordered Meso dome and map lights. The dome light came in rattling around and in pieces. I took pics before unwrapping it in case something was broken. Putting it together, the LED didn’t want to snap into place. It felt like I was going to break it if I forced it. The map light also would pop up out of place when I turned it on, unless I hit it very gentle. I reached out to Meso to ask for advice and they immediately responded and said it happens sometimes and sent me new ones.

    These ones work fine, as long as you’re gentle when you turn them on. My plan was to superglue the boards to the little clips since it looks like the clips were just a tiny bit off. Meso sending me new ones changed that plan so these are now up for grabs. Nothing else is wrong with them. I’ve reached out to Meso multiple times offering to send these back to them; they are not interested in that at all.

    I had originally offered them for sale at a discount; that went sour quick. I’m not interested in shipping them because I hate shipping things, especially in this area. It’s always like an hour+ ordeal.

    I included pictures of what it looks like when the LEDs pop out of place. Again, if you’re gentle when turning on the light, this shouldn’t happen. If it does, it’s not that big of a deal….you can run it as is or pop it out and reset it. Throw some superglue on it before assembly and it should be fine.

    Glad you’re sticking around; maybe someone with some soldering / plastic welding skills can get these back to like new condition and use them. It’s certainly worth it for someone local to try!

    It won’t take much. I ran them as is until the new ones came in and it worked just fine as long as you’re not OCD and as long as you’re gentle.

    Only ones near me I’m aware of is goodwill and Salvation Army. Honestly haven’t searched for any but it’s a good suggestion.

    @rmorse I get it.
    I hate to throw things away that have some use.
    I've given stuff away here that didn't work 100% and like you did stated the issue(s) with said item.

    I gave a Luminox watch away here years ago and last I heard the member's son was still wearing it..:thumbsup:

    Good luck..:D
