    I've been reading this forum for several months but just joined. I bought a 2017 Sunset Bronze Limited DC in May and love this truck. I added a tonneau cover and I'll be working on the chrome grille and a few other basic mods in the next few weeks.     Thanks, it wasn't my original choice. From looking at Tundras online I went into the dealer wanting the Midnight Gray Metallic. But this one had the exact options I wanted and after driving it and looking at it in different light the color really grew on me. And now the longer I've had it the more I'm liking it. I've seen a few build threads where people have swapped out most of the chrome for black with the Bronze, and I think it looks even better. As money permits I'll probably work toward that look.

    You could definitely swap door handles, mirror caps and bumper corners for black and it would look much better IMO. But I think the grille would look best in Bronze. Of course it's you truck, not mine and my opinion doesn't mean squat. I look forward to seeing what you choose to do.

    Thanks for all the welcomes. I've got a Bronze Platinum grille on the way from Sparksparts. Once I see how it looks with the Bronze surround and bulge I'll see what I want to do about the chrome insert. I didn't want to wait for the Pro grille back order situation to work itself out. I'm going to Plastidip or black vinyl wrap the bumper corners. Then will debadge everything except the 5.7L which I may also Plastidip. Once that's all done I'll see how it looks and if I care enough to spend the money on the handles and mirrors.

    As is well known the headlights are awful, so I have a set of Baja Designs Squadron Sport driving combo fog lights on the way too. Once someone makes a harness for the 2018 LED headlights those will probably be at the top of my list.
