Ko2s are actually pretty quiet imo. The only issue I've had with them, is that they don't have the best wet traction by the times they're about halfway through their life.

My wife also complains about this ^^^ with her ko2's but I have never noticed it. Maybe I just drive like an old fart?

I agree with the KO2s noise after they wear down. Great tires when new. AT3s seem to be more consistent over lifetime.

Nice truck btw. Check out the Rock warrior thread.

Another thing you should do if u r interested is refinishing the center caps. I did mine abt a year ago. I found the TRD stickers to inlay in the embossed TRD. With my Fender flares, I took them off, and put rust converter on the spots with rust, and put 3M double sided tape on where the fenders met the metal. I put the flares back on, and they dont cause anymore damage.

^ Thats the thread i posted if u wanted to look at what i did for the center caps. A lot of options for you to look at.

A TRD rear sway bar is also a good option if you want better handling, changed the drive completely, I have a 3 inch lift and 35x12.50r17's fit perfect.

Can you show me what you mean? I just had my rims powder coated. Actually going to pick it up in a few minutes so I'll drop some pics on how they came out.

Did you have to get special liinks for the rear sway bar to fit with the lift? Also is it a pain to install?

No surprisingly not, I installed it fairly easily. My main advice to you, is to make sure u use the correct nuts for the U bolts on the bottom the secure the sway bar to the rear axle. Also make sure i have a big enough socket for the hitch bolts u will remove to install the links. Also pay attention to the washer-bolt-link order when mounting the sway links. If im not mistake its bolt, then washer, then sway link, then another washer, and then its the spacer, and then another washer. Once you have that should be easy from there.

Yes run both front and rear. this is how much poke it gave me. With my flares I'm even on 35x12.5.

Yeah I have them on both. Still stock tires. Just wanted to make sure. Crazy how much more the rears “look” like they stick out.

How bad has your performance and mileage gone down since switching to 35s?

I was about 16MPG before switching. 14.5-15MPG depending on traffic now.
