I just made a purchase on rockauto and I received the wrong stuff. Here is the problem….

On invoice in package that was delivered, it states correct part that was shipped………BUT…BUT….. That’s not what I ordered. On MY receipt, It shows what I actually purchased and I paid a lot more.
I tried to make return online but I cannot because of the way they have it set up.
So I can’t call anyone and now I’m just waiting hopefully someone will respond to an email….Or I will have to put a claim in on my CC.
They should really change policy. I mean. There is no option for my situation.



Any help?

You can do that but when the company ships you an item in error,You have to pay for shipping so that’s why I can’t do it that way.
