Tonic water (or Indian tonic water) is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved. It's true. If it's sweetened, it's probably not ok for my goals.

To be strict on the carnivore the only beverage would be plain water. I cheat by keeping milk as my treat. It's almost like a dessert when I have it.
