    You sure can.

Download the VCM Suite from HPTuners website and open the VCM Scanner once installed.

Load your channels file/configure your charts/graphs and away you go!

The stuff in mine was really thin and didnt smell like gas or oil, so it might have been mostly condensation from the cold weather we've had. Have to see how it looks after some more miles

I 'think' that I have that installed... feeling a little mentally challenged here. It loads up as RTD - and says HP Tuners on the main screen when the app is up.

That’s the RTD Flasher program. Similar, but only has read/write functionality.

You’ll need to download the VCM Suite and run the VCM Scanner once installed.

I had no idea the RTD was capable of data logging. I assumed it was just for reading an ECU, then loading a tune. Interesting.

Same logging potential/ability as the MPVI. The newer ones have logging via the TDN phone app that automatically sends the log to your tuner (HPTuners Authorized) and alerts them a log is available for review. No email, cable, or laptop required.

OK thanks for the run down.
I was able to find the file and run the scanner instead. Now I should be able to log with the provided obd plug in and cable.

Always liked his videos and info. What's weird, I did a trans drain and fill 2 years ago I occasionally got a p2757 code. Would clear and come back in a month or 2. I read it could also be attributed to low fluid. 6 months ago I did a drain and fill and followed the procedure but after the trickle I added another 1/2 quart. Haven't had any issues since. Will have to keep any eye on that as it's also my 2nd transmission. 2for2...

Yes. Looking forward to part 2 and any other videos he publishes about this transmission.

When I crank up the power I would prefer to stick with this transmission vs the swap they did with the ProSpeed turbo build.

I believe his builds are able to withstand 1000hp. At least stated on his website.

John was very gracious to answer all of my questions on that thread. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from him in a while, most likely due to ding dongs wanting to fight him tooth and nail over every petty thing (WS vs Valvoline is apparently a very hot topic; and apparently John is a transmission builder who "has no proof" according to the peanut gallery). Not like John has thin skin or anything, it just get's exhausting fighting with the village idiots. I tried nudging him over to this site but I think he'd given up on the forum at that point.

I don't believe so. Most transmission questions/problems are in the general area.

Yeah, too much crap from the peanut gallery. You see it with oil, exhaust and now catch cans. Ha. Back when he first released the valve body upgrade he would answer a lot of questions on the phone. He's probably super busy lately too. Trans rebuilding is not for the faint of heart. I'd rather tear an engine down...

Drove 12 hours, 760 miles to get the new S52 motor from Glendale, Ca. Got numerous P0430's. First time I have had any cat codes. Does it mean I have a dead cat?

Not necessarily. Is the cat discolored from excessive heat? Any leaks, good wiring, rich fuel trims? Is your wideband on bank 2? Does it look good for afr readings? Pull O2 and clean it? Good luck

Truck is running fine, no leaks, no wiring issues, AFRs are great, didn't look at the cat or trims, maybe I can take a log & send it to Sniv, but I doubt there's been any change since the only symptom is the sporadic 430. The Innovate is in the middle (as close as they could get) of the 2 banks.

I was wrong about using S6 to increase mileage. Yesterday was the first real long trip, at an average of 70, no AC in S6 I got 13.7. Getting on it, 80 average, some AC 9.2.

I'm always incredibly impressed when folks tow and get double digits on mpg! I'd say she's running how she's supposed to! That's pretty damned good!

I've used catch cans on my last 4 vehicles, NA or supercharged, and have always removed nasty crap that would've just went through. I might not drive like others, I like the higher RPMs, so maybe that's why I get more...but my point is I'll always have one on my vehicles. I'd rather catch nothing and just recirculate air through it with no down-side, than to send that crap through my intake.
