I’ve always just pried the housing out the front. Use a trim removal tool and it’s pretty easy.

Be sure to zip tie the DD’s down when you install them. They’re going to want to bounce around in there and they’re even more noticeable than the factory fog lights. Poor design by Toyota on the housing.

Went to put the DD SS3 Pros in and guess what.. My brackets are not like all the others that I have seen on the internet

    Yes
The TRD Pro square housing is set up differently than the round ones that everyone makes brackets for - the tabs and interface are way different

you will either need to order round ones or you’ll need to make something that will mount to the stamped metal bumper sub-frame and hold the lights in position

Thanks.. i was going for the square face look which is why I ordered the squared bezels. I thought I had did all the reading and research that I need to do..
kinda sucks being having to go back to the round. I will resist and find some alternative. Thanks for reaffirming my suspenion.. Seem like DD would recognize that not everyone wants the round bezel especially that price point. right now i have nothing in place

I just swapped in some BD fits this weekend and switched to the round inserts (they only offer the fog trim with a round bezel). So the comparison of mounting points is fresh in my mind.

It would be easy enough to fabricate something that attaches to the stamped metal frame.
