Hello all I know there's been discussions about this before. But on my Tundra my drivers seat is very uncomfortable. It feels like behind my leg by my hamstring I'm sitting on just metal. I have the cloth seats with no power adjustments and I've already installed a set of seat jackers which has improved my comfort some but it still a pain. Now my question is has anybody successfully brought it up to the service department and they actually did something about it? I'm due for my first service and if so I would like to know if I can do something about it so I don't have to keep sitting on a seat cushion. Thank you all!!!

I find the backseats are far more comfortable than the front. My front seats are heated and cooled and that leads me to believe they have less cushioning. The backrest part of the seats are "scrunchy" sounding when you press on them. But if yours doesn't have heated and cooled then I would say bring it up to them and try to sit in another one on the lot. I do think this is one area of improvement for the Tundra.

Edit - I have not brought it up to the dealer as I really dont want them taking my seat apart.

There are a couple members who have ripped their seats apart, refoamed themselves or had an upholsterer improve their seats. I'm not searching for the threads for you, but they do exist. The seats are pretty thin in a few places, I agree, but I'm pretty skinny so it doesn't bother me.

Yeah thank you I’ve read those threads. My question was about Toyota actually doing something about it.
