Coming from someone who has done this twice to both trucks, its a PITA to apply the double-sided tape...it took me forever to get it done.

You mean the part where you peel off the backing and stick it to truck. I lay out location with painters tape. Measure both sides and stuck. Seems easier than masking off a section of truck and applying layers of plasti dip which bubble and peels when worn.
Remove original emblems with fishing line and clean with rubbing alcohol and apply new emblem

That's what I did, (masked off with painters tape and then remvoed to be painted black) but cutting double sided 3M and getting the red backing of the tape was a challenge itself (I have like no nails and had to use need nose pliars)

That's one sweet ride. I was wondering how your emblem got painted so cleanly. That's a lot of work.

Those lights look great! I need to do the ammo can mod... I wanted to get a big ammo can though. I guess I need to take a trip to the army surplus store. How have your g2's handled the weather up there?

I guess with tires that measure at 34.5 inches I would need the hypertech calibrator?

I got the tires in April, and have only dealt with a small amount of snow...no issues.

Technically yes. However, mine has been sitting in a drawer for months...
My last truck I had to do it sooner, because of the constant drag it had between gears and what not...once I did that, the vast majority issue went away...a lot of the drag issue is weight related, IMO.

I'm all white but I wonder what black would look like to break up the white? But you would have to black or white out the grille too

I like a little color separation. After the TRD exhaust, the TRDPro grill will be following.

@Sean266 How do you like the holster console so far and is the double side tape holding up??? I'm also lefty and just have my .40 sitting in the console lol the holster idea is badass and I'd like to copy that in a way and put my own twist on it

The tape didn't hold up. I had to get some self tapping screws.

Thanks man. I pulled off the Tundra badges and used factory black from Toyota, and applied double tape to place them back on. I debaged all of the other badges.
I ordered the Tundra decal from online.

You apparently have time to goof off. I recognize the parking lot. Better than being taken to the back parking lot (in handcuffs). heh heh :cookiemonster: I like the steps big time. ($?)
