    I BOUGHT A USED YAWRATE SENSOR THAT SAID MATCHED MY PART NUMBER. LONG STORY SHORT THE ONE I RECEIVED DOESN'T MATCH NUMBERS EXACTLY BUT IM BEING TOLD BY THE SELLER THAT TOYOTA CAN PROGRAM IT TO MY TRUCK USING TECHSTREAM. DOES THIS SOUND LEGIT? MY PART NUMBER IS 89190-0C070, THE ONE I RECEIVED IS 89193-0C070
