I contacted Decked to find out about their drawer storage setup for our 1st Gen Tundras but alas, they do not make them.. Anyone have any luck with a similar type setup from someone else?

I wonder if you send the bed dimensions to Decked if there’s an application that’ll be close, like a new Tacoma?

Hi... I asked them for dimensions of all their products today, maybe one will fit with a trim or adjustment...

Hope something works. They’re a great product from what I’ve read.

Yeah, I found that same a while ago. I more likely would use a bedslide than drawers for what I have in mind (spares + the packed plastic bins with camping stuff I've used for years). I'll be following to see what you guys find.

I reach out to DECKED last week asking the same thing. They said that they still don't provide a unit for 1st gen and they can't provide ideas due to liability reasons. Is seems like they are aware of some people that have used the system in the 1st generation Tundra's. Has anyone been able to find information of a unit that may fit 1st gen Tundras?

The problem with the 1st gen is that the tailgate opening is really narrow and in order to make it fit, you need to trim the system VERY close to the ammo cans. In some cases, this has compromised the ammo can. As you said, we cannot encourage the retrofitting of the DECKED system for 1st gens.
