Why do I randomly hear birds chirping when accelerating? Yesterday the humidity was high a temps in the low 60’s. I heard the birds. Today low humidity and temperatures in the low 50’s, no birds. WTF. I have 96k miles. Is it time for the belt and pulleys to be changed? Why is it random?

I changed mine around 80k for a similar reason. I was getting some noise on low speed turns when it was cold.

I did just a belt to start and that got rid of the noise. Once the belt is off you can check the bearing for play or noise.
