Has anyone done business with this outfit? Ordered shocks from them this last Monday. This is what we got this morning with all our other mail\packages. WTF!?!?! Do we add water and shocks magically appear?SUSPENSION_SPEC_COPY.jpg

Probably got orders mixed up, or they sent you the sticker b/c what you ordered isn't in but ... I know they're a reputable company and I've seen positive feedback on forums about them.

Which is why we ordered from them.
However, an email indicating OOS\BACKORDER would have been nice (if that is the case). Answering a phone on their end would be a bonus. They are an hour away, maybe less on the crotchrocket. Thinking of roadtrip with the enforcer (brother :D ) may be in order if we don't have communication by EOB today.

Thanks for the quick reply shifty!

Finally got through via phone after 2.5hrs of answering machine annoyance. Was told there should have been another package to go along with the sticker. Who sends those 2 items separately? :der:
Put on hold after asking for the other tracking number. Rep comes back on and said the parts were OOS when ordered but are now "in stock" and will be leaving this afternoon with an ETA of tomorrow (if they use UPS or FDX). Will see how well this is handled on their end.

Sticker comes direct from suspension specialist and parts are drop shipped from another vendor/location. That’s why there are two separate packages.

    Appreciate your feedback TX-TRD1stGEN.

I have worked in ecommerce for 27 years, starting with my own auto\truck aftermarket site. Did we dropship? Certainly. Especially wheels\tires and suspension components. Did we ever send a sticker with a tracking number attached to a $400+ order, or any order for that matter? Never. That is deceptive and IMO unethical. If items were dropshipped, tracking numbers were provided for those exact components. If there were multiple packages, all tacking numbers were provided. Any marketing materials for dropshipments were sent on our dime via USPS as a nice 'surprise' to the customer. If our hands were actually on the order, marketing goodies went into the package.

Did we answer customer emails regarding all things order\product related? You bet. Did we answer phone calls and return voice & text messages? Damn straight. Exactly 1 out of 200+ (work from home so I have time) phone calls has been answered and that was yesterday. My one voice message and 2 emails have gone unanswered since yesterday. In that 1 phone call, was I assured my order would go out that evening and staff would be available at 8am this morning to provide me with a tracking number or at least an update? I sure was. I have been blowing up their phone since 0830

Now, I am not saying that the parts will not be in the pipeline and miraculously arrive, but I do not have much confidence at this point. Will I purchase from this vendor again? 100% no.
Bright side is we get more time for :infantry: this weekend due to this snafu

Fronts finally arrived but only AFTER Amazon got involved and dialogue was started with a very reluctant vendor. Time to break out the CC as the kid's tires are not long for the world either
