Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.
You can use the same coilovers on your 2wd that get used on a 4wd. I had good luck with the Bilstein 6112's on my '18 2wd.

Unfortunately 6112's are no longer compatible on a '23
    What year is your truck?

    Ideally, I'd like a 2.5 - 3" lift.

If you work on your own truck and got time get aftermarket. If you like warranty and don’t want trouble get the factory trd lift from Toyota.

aftermarket for Baja heavy duty shock

Toyota trd lift for lift and slow roll

I can't get the TRD lift, it's not compatible with my truck since it's 2WD.

Lol, I know. I'm almost positive that my only option is a spacer, but I wanted to reach out to the group on here to quadruple check. I can't do any suspension mods yet.

Well fyi. I have Trd pro shock from the Toyota sequoia and after install there was no problems with any sensors. I say if you really want it try the guys from Cali that worked on the most 2022 and up tundras.

I bet since toyota didn't design the TRD lift for 2wd so they probably just say it's incompatible by default. However, I don't see why the parts wouldn't bolt onto a 2wd, just leaving out the front axles. You might have trouble getting a dealer to install it but if you or another shop do it the dealer should still be able to do the sensor programming and alignment.

Find a tech at a dealer that has installed the trd kit and ask if they think the parts would still fit. Someone is selling the front struts on here from the trd kit for like 400 that's like 30% of what you need.

Just leave out the front axles and you’ll be golden.

Here's some decent deals on here. The icon kit would probably be all you need since 2wd you likely won't be wheeling or flexing to need all the brake lines and little parts in the trd kit. I would think it had a rear spring spacer like trd kit but it must lift the rear another way. I can vouch for icon had it on an F150 it was smooth and adjustable height was cool.
