Sharing Toyota App for 2020 Tundra & 2023 Highlander?

I own a 2020 Tundra & wife owns a 2023 Highlander. Has anybody have any luck being able to control both vehicles on one phone. Tried to but no luck, reached out to dealership and says it can’t be done since my 2020 Tundra is considered “OLD”. Is this true? Hoping somebody has been able to do this successfully. Please help. Thanks!

 

my '20 is on the app. Can't you just select between the 2 vehicles? with the app open, hold the red vehicle button at the bottom of the screen, it'll open a new screen then hit the + button at the top to add another vehicle. At least on an iphone.

 

i have a 2021 tundra, 2022 lexus and 2023 Camary all in the app. Just had to add each vehicle in the app as an additional vehicle.

 

I have my 19 Highlander, 20 GS350, and 21 Tundra all on the same app. Works okay for me.

 

Are you guys all able to lock, unlock & remote start all vehicles?

 

I can lock, unlock, and start the GS and the Tundra. I am not able to do so with the Highlander because it does not have remote start or the latest connectivity.

 

both the tundra and the lexus have remote start and work with the app. I have noticed that if i don't start one of the vehicles in several days the app isn't as responsive.
