My smoker is an oklahoma joe combo cooker. I'm still waiting on my brother to show up to help me pick up a fabricated smoker a neighbor gave me.

but yea, i've got some bits to cobble up a vertical smoke chest.

I've got a 350 gallon offset smoker on a trailer, and a standard webber kettle will produce the same quality 'Que. It does take a little more babysitting with adding fuel, rotating the meat, and avoiding hotspots.

Smoking is all about fire management. Master the fire and you can call yourself a pit master.

I almost got one of those weber smokers as a 20th anniversary gift from my work but since someone walked off with my last grill, I decided to go with a Breville oven instead (the cheaper gift).

I really need to move out of this neighborhood; the riff raff from the next town seem to be all over this place. My new Weber grill is at least portable. Anything else, I'd have to chain to my gas line outside. haha

It was a cheap grill that needed to be replaced anyway. The fact someone walked off with it still baffles me.

That was the plan, but now that the truck is evolving, i'd prefer to keep everything self-contained.

this blue tank might end up as a diesel tank if i get a generator.

This is why I love having that 2nd story deck with no stairs up to it which you commented on prior. Ain't nobody stealing my grill, smoker, patio furniture or anything else I leave out there.

Also my 03 is weeping coolant in the same place as yours in the cold. The starter makes a funny noise on cold starts, but starts.
But overall, it's running like a raped ape. IAT staying below 65°F.

Found a 2005 4x4 that's being parted out. $120 ea for the spindles... my quest for bigger lowerballjoints just took a step in the right direction!

Day 3. Supplies are running low. Gangs now control most of the city. Conditions are worsening. This may be my last transmission.....

Jokes aside, I never thought I'd need a snow shovel. A lot of my neighbors have shoveled their driveway and I'm wondering if I screwed up by not doing so. Our power provider set an all time record this morning in demand. No blackouts though.

I've been making relief holes for the fish.

Kids have built jumps and been snowboarding down the hills. Never thought I'd see that here. It's been cool seeing all the kids have fun the last few days. Some of the parents have been out drinking around fires while the kids do their thing.

Weird how you’re getting 9-10 inches and @Tundra2 from KY only gets 3” at most of the white stuff.
