Bed rug no longer makes these and I’m willing to pay a fair price for one.

I think we may need to petition BedRug to knock out several more. I bet if we planned a group buy, and could get at least 30-50 members to commit, they might do it.

I'd be up for that. I wonder how many different bed configurations there are between the different models? We need to rally one of our deal makers to explore this.

Also, I saved this link a week ago and forgot about it. From the chart (unless I’m reading it completely wrong), it looks like the 2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra is the “closest” to our AC trucks as far as bed sizes. I’m sure someone out there knows someone with one of these trucks and could get us a bunch of bed measurements like wheel well length and width, distance from well to cab side, distance from well to tailgate, bed height, etc… If might be worth looking into as an option. This is all assuming that bed rug has a product for those trucks, which without looking id guarantee they do.

+1 for me. I had talked with them a while back about lifetime warranty claim for my 20 year old rug. They told me too they don't make em anymore but seemed like they might try to accommodate a replacement. I was supposed to follow up with pics but of course ... other priorities. Sounds like the time is now to follow up and nudge them .

When you chat with them, casually mention there are a dozen or more people on the Tundras.com Toyota forum who would love to get a bedrug (with walls) for their trucks, and see if they'd be willing to take a bulk order.

You may solidify yourself as the Bedrug hero of Tundras.com if they're willing to do it, and you're willing to organize it. We just need to know who to email with orders, or if they want to have you deliver orders, or what.

I'll put in to my list and hope to get at it soon. Can someone organize the count that I can convey - Shifty you up to gathering that? Let me know.

I had a full Bedrug in my 2005.

    Bedrug3_ac62f5c84f35c72aed49a85205c6efab574c1752.jpg

My 2014 has the OEM spray liner so I just bought the bedrug and tailgate mat.

The only reason I could see having the full rug is maybe having a camper shell and camping in it..

    Good luck..

cross-posting this in a few relative threads to help others:

I finally got my hands on a bedrug - although it's just the floor portion of this product. It didn't come with the zippered sides but it has the built in zippers for attaching the sides. It's made for an access cab (model number), although it fits my double cab perfectly. it includes the tailgate area built in so it will cover the cab between the bed and tailgate, unlike the universal model. I wanted that "bridge" of material between the bed and tailgate to help with dust intrusion in the camper. Since the access cab has shorter bedsides and tailgate, the tailgate area of the rug is a bit short. It's a little bit of a bummer but it's not a deal breaker for me. I would like to find the sides that I can zip up to this to help with insulation a bit and overall comfort inside the camper. Worse case I will have to DIY up the sides with some outdoor carpet.

I just wanted to post this here for anyone looking for a bedrug for a 1st gen Tundra.

On my AC the end if the tailgate rug fits under the plastic endcap. I wonder if you could make an extension of the plastic or more likey of the rug using outdoor carpet and hook-n-loop. There's a hook-in-loop strip on the back of that piece right?
