I used the flattop for breakfast this morning, I would have gladly made a grilled cheese!

 

Is that just a insert, you remove the grill grates and slap that in?

 

yes. It’s Weber brand. Remove one section of grate and it goes right in place. Good compromise, nice to have both cooking surfaces.

I just looked online and found a similar insert for my BroIl King. Looks like its only $85. Not bad at all.

 

Leave the lettuce off and it’s a Crispy BTC - bacon tomato cheese.
