This is the day Texans get to grit their teeth when they start their 20+ yr old vehicle in single digits temps on their original starter..

Why does my truck weep when it freezes? It did this last year, so i ordered the hoses to the cooler (where its coming from), but as soon as it warmed back up, no more drips. No problems all summer. I'll get the hoses swapped once its warmed up, just curious.

Good thing you got the that cap now. It's extra weight alone will help with traction. And if you decide to toss in a couple 50lb bags of whatever, it'll keep it dry

That's true. I almost made it up my hill just now in 2WD. My 5 year old KO2's still have decent snow traction. I watched some guy tow a minivan up a hill. The woman driving forgot to take her foot off the brake so he had to drag her. The roads are pretty bad here.

I have an LSD but I'm sure it's worn out. I probably could have made it up the hill but I didn't see a reason to abuse the truck too bad. I was having fun doing some drifting while I was out.

And yes, my neighbor has a collection of old deuce and a halfs and 5Ts. And no, he was never in the military. Weird.

I've heard they are. The one closest to the heart is usually the largest. Untrue in this case for me though....

I used to love playing w/GI Joes when I was a kid. Some people never grow out of it. I used to love going on-base with Dad to sit in all the military vehicles and aircraft, it got to the point where he wouldn't even tell me the next open hangar day, he knew I'd bother the hell out of him until he took us.

If that's what's behind it, I admire it. It's people who buy stuff like that to prep for the "upcoming war" that concern me.
