Anybody ever tried to vinyl wrap the interior wood grain trim in their FGT? It's in perfect condition, I just dont like the look of it. Would I be able to wrap it without removing the trim? I've never done vinyl wrap and I'm kinda curious.

You could but it would probably look cheap and could leave a lot of glue and nastiness if you ever wanted to remove it. I would watch eBay for wood grain pieces from Tundras and go that route.

Is the wood grain on just the center stack and the door panels or is there more to it?

Hydro dip would work better on an irregular piece like that

Wouldn't it be easier to just get junkyard non wood grain trim? I feel like if yours are in good shape someone will buy them and you can essentially do the swap for free.

From what I understand it's pretty labor intense to do that, but yeah that's an option for sure. It seems lkke i might have to live with the wood grain.

Swapping to a black setup isn't hard. I swapped wood INTO mine and detailed a bit of it in my build thread (linked below). I'd get some black pieces on eBay and have at it if I were you. YMMV

I was going to echo same earlier. I'd just add, the big thing to ensure is that it's from your same year (since '05-'06 is different) and you'll want to swap over the HVAC controls, since those are also not the same internally across even the same years in some cases.
