Hey, we have discontinued the kits for the 2016 due to low sales. We may bring them back in the future if demand increases.

 

We should have a few kits in stock tomorrow afternoon and then some more on Tuesday/Wednesday. Unfortunately, Toyota parts supply chains have slowed down. We are trying our best to keep them in stock.

Installed mine this past weekend, very happy to see 185-195F temps at highway speeds now where I was up in the 220-230F range before (without the trailer hooked up!)
Awesome kit. The videos out there are helpful to understand the basics but I found the PDF instructions on the GCS web site had more details and were easier to follow when doing the install. I didn't find the hard lines to be difficult at all once I knew where the two bolts needed to land. I put the push-lock fittings (for connecting to the cooler) on dry and without clamps, and torqued the AN fittings at the cooler using the flats method.. pretty slick. More details on that here:

I do need one of these but boy the price shot through the roof since I looked a couple of years ago! Im getting ready to tow a bigger trailer and might have to bite the bullet though. Definitely looks better quality than the Amazon specials Ive used in the past

Definitely one of the most practical mods you can do for a 19-21 Tundra to keep your transmission happy. I've had mine installed since July 2022 and it makes a huge difference in temperatures. Totally worth the expense and if you can do an oil change you can do the install yourself.

Just ordered my kit. My 21 was reading 230 degrees empty on a 65 degree day heading out of Fredrick Md towards Hagerstown Md very unacceptable. Climbing two small mtns. those of you out west would consider these speed bump's lol.

 

Should I do a drain and fill when i install this kit? I currently have 20K on the truck. Just wondering what the consensus is on that.
