Casey gets this right away but @War Machine still isn’t, even though he has a lucrative human body copart/pick-n-pull? I smell collusion.

We’ll see how fast that changes once a mod needs a lung.

    Got me thinking Tim

If we could mod a dialysis machine into a tundra that’d be amazing. Patients could get their treatments on the road! We all know it could easily fit in the back seat of a 2.5gen. Feel awful for those patients. Very sad. Would greatly improve their quality of life!

It's called peritoneal dialysis. Lots of long haul truckers do it while driving. But it's got it's own issues vs hemodialysis.

    Gotcha

Wow - lots of crazy shit happens when you get snowed in and lose power for nearly 16 hours (and have a few trees almost fall on the house).
    IMG_0858.jpg

Looks like a couple more orders came in yesterday (I managed to get them confirmed this morning when power and internet came back - I also have no cell reception at my house).
Printer filament showed up today finally (had to bust through a few PNW concrete snow banks to get to the post office today to get it), so I'm getting the first print run to confirm settings and calibration still work with the new roll and then will start pushing out more inserts.

Platinum shifter trim shipped today from Sparks, so mid-next week I'll have that to start actually cutting and fitting. I need to order another Scosche insert and the main center shifter area to do some testing on various other switch placement options. I'm toying with a few other ideas in my mind for the MagSafe charger and switch spots down there in front of the shifter to eliminate the need for the Scosche unit altogether.

About the time I was thinking "fuck it - I'll work from home today" the power went out. Until midnight last night.

So I spent the day trying not to get hit by branches breaking off and falling out of trees while trying to saw up other trees that had fallen across my driveway.
This stuff is GRADE A Concrete - it's only slightly less dense than slush, and it packs into ice in your tires.

Oof. So it's not the fun powdery stuff to play in; it's the serious PITA stuff. Did it highlight any trees near the house that need to come down to preserve the place?

Sounds like instead of thinking new rims, might want some tracks and a snow plow for the truck.

Sketchy. I hope the snow lightens up and doesn't cause you any more problems so you can address all that nonsense come spring time.

How's the kiddo and doing? Her BF making any progress healing?

my house is at ~900 feet. I also sit on the windward side of a "hill" that peaks at about 1400 feet and we seem to catch more snow that most anyone around us when it does come down. Town (~100 foot elevation) had about 1/2" in the morning. I woke up to 7" and it was 10" when it finally stopped.

Looks like it would clear...might need to remove the front mud flaps.

Shit, I saw an add recently for tracks that just go under your wheels. They had a Jeep Cherokee and maybe a ram that they showed driving with them. I'll find it later.
