I have recently purchased a 2024 Tundra 1974 Hybrid. I am going to permanently install a Canopy which will cover my aft veiw in my Camera System. I wish to relocate the present aft Camera and reinstall it in the aft of my new canopy. The contours are very similar so fit look possible. As this looks to be a common need for anyone installing a canopy is there a kit or is anyone out there that has accomplish the task of repositioning the aft camera?

I also had the GG.Offroad Camera Relocation Kit installed on my cap top. I love it! The rear-facing camera works great, but I am curious if anyone knows if there is a way to flip the truck bed camera? After relocation, the truck bed camera is facing forward at the bed instead of the original facing backward at the bed; hence, the image is reversed. Thank you!

That is b/c camera is relocated to back of bed looking forward as oppose to the original location (front (third brake light) looking back). To get original view orientation you would have to run wiring along top of topper from back window to the front of topper and mount facing backward.

Since cameras run on separate electrical connections this would be possible. But a lot of work to simply look backward. Isn't the idea to simply view subjects in the bed?

Since the GG.Offroad Camera Relocation Kit is mounted at the rear of the topper with the truck bed camera facing forward, I thought maybe there was a way to flip the image horizontally to get a correctly oriented view display, like maybe a switch on the camera itself. It's really not a big deal since the camera does a great job giving a view of items in the bed, even when flipped. I like that I can check on my dogs as we are traveling :)

Checking to see if this sold already. I’m looking to do the same thing. TBH, I’d prefer to install it in the (Leer) topper brake light; however, I haven’t seen a kit for that. Has anyone else had any experience with the GG or other kit?
