Holy crap! I have had 5 shoulder surgeries and I do not know a $20 word to call the surgery like you do. Your a Doctor, right? LOL

 

Slipped on some ice at work, landed on my shoulder.

he said the bone spur was probably wearing the tendon down and it was just a matter of time

So you couldn't find a generica Canadian brand of water? May as well have been Molson Canadian. For mass produced Canadian stuff, Kokanee Gold is good.

Dunno if you can find the good Canadian stuff down there, it's generally craft beers. I don't drink beer often anymore, but when I do I'm partial to lagers.

I actually haven't tried that stuff yet.

 

He'd get more trim if he turned it into a dog rescue story... rappelling off side of a cliff to get to an injured pup; reached out to grab the pup as it was falling once he got to it; shoulder/bicep tore but he held on and was able to secure the pup to his harness; he was then lowered down to safety and subsequently air lifted to the local K9 trauma facility where they were able to save the pup...

This is how I pictured him getting hurt - rescuing a couple of influencers that got too close to the edge of a cliff and fell. He rappelled down and then carried them both back up at the same time. He tore his shoulder because he forgot to stretch before pulling them back up.

 

That works too, but my way gets him laid...

Good friend , a retired Fire Chief tore himself up shoulder wise and is now back being a Referee & Umpire...He constantly said PT sucks BUT if you

want anything like normal use , It has to be done...

He was definitely my inspiration during my back injury & surgery... PT now has me able to keep my DOT card in my pocket "Just in case".

 

I used to think that stuff was good when I was a lager boy.

As someone that's had rotator cuff surgery, (like Tim said) do your PT. Get back at it quick let and heals better.
