Ok so I have been driving my truck with the new Bullydog tune for about 3 weeks now and I don't usually check the MPG screen because it use to tell me I was manufacturing fuel as I drove down the road. So the other day I happened to change it to the MPG screen and noticed 12.4 mpg. Since then I have kept it on, its is actually calculating fuel consumption properly after 2 years of the factory comp enhanced with the Unichip telling me 19.4 was normal. WOOO HOOO, gotta love BD for getting it right. Now I actually get the mileage I have been calculating by had for years.

So with the DB tune you're getting 12.4?

Yes, I am averaging 12.4 with the Bullydog tune. Which is about what I was getting with the Unichip, just with the Unichip, the mileage calculator on the truck told me I was getting 19.4 mpg which was a complete lie. By hand calculations I was getting between 12.2 to 12.7 depending on what I was doing with the truck, towing or not towing. 12.7 was pretty average most of the time, Now my computer is actually calculating things the way it should and checking by hand it appears to be pretty bang on now. I am very happy.

When I was stock I was averaging around 14.7 mpg. Then with the SC it dipped about 2 mpg. Which for the parasitic loss of the blower drive plus the added fuel requirements due to the additional air coming in, is not too bad.

I have done extensive fuel mileage on my Tundra and after a year of testing I can confirm it burns every drop of fuel I put in it.

I get between 10 and 12 mpg supercharged. My hwy gas mileage made it to 14, which really made my day.
