Excellent. We have a '22 TRD coming in next week for more testing and A-pillar color-matching. We're trying to narrow down the paint color so iDash Stealth Pod owners can match the factory plastics.

Does the pedal monster get rid of the lag many are complaining about?

ToyFan, were you able determine the color matches for the stealth pods? If you recall I have the gray interior

Smooth installation great results. You can absolutely feel a difference. One interesting thing is that my phone won't wirelessly connect with the truck anymore for android auto (plug in works) after I connected to the PedalMonster app/module. Gotta figure that out for sure.

Looks good. You should be able to go into the truck's bluetooth settings and set your phone as primary device so your phone connects first.

Looks good, does it seem to help with the pedal lag?
Also if banks is still following this thread they should make the pod in the same gray as the interior

They will sell the paint, you can get it on Amazon (I got: the SEM 15183 Warm Gray Color, for my truck's interior). The pedal lag is completely gone....great improvement.

If I am going to be a little nit-picky, the fit of the iDash pod is very good, some of the contours (especially on the inside of the pillar handle) could be slightly better or more flush....but that is really minor in the big scheme of things.

I would love to know if I can adjust the gauge categories to the right of the Pedal Monster bars (will call Banks on Tuesday for a quick walk-through). Thanks @ToyFan

The MES website color swatches came closest to my Grey handle/headliner colors. The stock black isn't a bad look though I think trying to get it to blend further into the A-pillar color would give an even more OEM look.

@ToyFan I caved, have a iDASH and single mount arriving in 2 days for a '23 1794 Hybrid. Do you have a model specific breakdown, PDF or link, of current PIDs the iDASH will monitor?

@jctmundra the PIDs are listed in the instructions in the box (QR code), they are not posted on their website. If I recall it was something like 128 parameters that you can configure the iDash to display. VERY impressive. You have 4 or 5 different pages you can customize on the gauge. I only configured 2 so far.

Since the iDASH appears to be generic, is the PID list also? I have a iDASH in my GM, took a while to get root through the PIDs I wanted to monitor. Looking to find gen3 tundra specific.

Yeah, not 100% sure because this is my first Banks electrical product. That said, I do recall that the PID list indicated it was specific to the 2022+ Tundra but the only thing that I thought I saw that was unique was the turbo boost parameters (but those could be for any turbo PID I guess).97696 Banks PedalMonster - Banks Power

For those of you that have a gray interior (pillars and headliner, etc) on your Tundra; the SEM Warm Gray 15183 is a very very close OEM match. I am 3 coats in on painting the iGauge pod and it is adhering exceptionally well with very smooth coverage.

Finished product installed with "color matching" SEM paint. Note the slight flare on the pod mount bottom that doesn't quite line up with the A-pillar handle. I was going to try to soften the plastic on the pod and bend it into alignment but I have a cross-state drive in a couple of days and don't want to mess with it much more at this time.

anyone here with the idash and single pod mount care to give a detailed DIY on install ? Just curious on pod mounting, wire routing, and any other install obstacles encountered. Would be nice to know before taking the "dive." TIA

Depending on how OCD you are (I want all wires, etc. to look as OEM as possible) it may take longer. The video and the accompanying step by step picture instructions (they come as part of the QR code on the boxes) are outstanding and very easy to understand. I found the best way to route the excess wires was through the access panel on the drivers side and zip tie everything to the structural mounts inside of the dash. That way you able to "reset" the PM module easily for BT connectivity to your phone if you want to control via the iGauge and the phone.

Be aware when securing the extra cable of the sharp edge on the dash metal support - secure cable to ensure clearance.

Agreed, I used slightly more "beefy" zip ties than what was provided in the box (though they were really good quality), mainly because I wanted the additional length to fish the cables and PM module to the location I wanted secure it too and the additional width for security.

Sorry about the delayed response. No, we do not have a PID list for the Hybrid. For some reason, we have had a tough time locating one and getting it into the shop for testing. By the time you're reading this, you've probably already installed it. When you have a moment, please slide the microSD card into the iDash and do the following.

With the ignition on, select Menu > System Info > ECU Capture.

This will take about 90 seconds and will write all available PIDs to the SD card. Slide out the card and email the .csv file to me at jtilles@bankspower.com. I'd greatly appreciate it!

    Jay
