When I bought this truck it had some aftermarket tires and wheels. No issues with TPMS for the first year. Just put new tires and wheels on it (TPMS new too as I ordered from tire rack). Now I can't get the TPMS flashing symbol to go off. I've followed instructions over and over to reset and nothing changes.

What am I doing wrong or what should I look at doing?

Are the sensors registered to your vehicle?

I was under the impression that pre-2018 trucks do not recognize and register new sensors without the help of an Autel or similar device. Might need to run to a tire shop and have them program the sensors to your truck.

Hope the sensors are for your truck! Toyota changed them around 2018, just to keep us on our toes!

Is the battery in it dead? The life expectancy is anywhere from 5-10 years. Light is staying on my 2016 as well. It would be over $600 to replace all 4 and have them programed to the truck. Found this thread trying to see if there is a cheaper aftermarket solution.
