Yeah he's 13 and saw it the hobby shop at the mall last night. He went back to it a couple of times....he was also wearing his Hollister hoodie with a 1970 Chevelle on it. I went a shop today that I have never been to and they had one in stock. Then I was like what the hell, and bought myself the Infraction. Arrmma is new to me since all my other stuff is Traxxas.

What battery do you run? They gave me a Lectron Pro but I have been reading that they are horrible and only last about 2 months and then the run time is severely decreased, bad cells, or won't charge.

Smart Technology and Lectron. My local hobby shop just started carrying the Lectron this last summer and backs them so I purchased a couple. So far no problems:

That’s the one I went sideways into a concrete car stop at close to 80+ and total rebuild to even go bigger cost 762. See posts 778,779,790. Pieces went everywhere. I twisted the whole under frame carriage. Said they never seen that before. Usually they can straighten it out but not this one. When they rebuilt it I also had them use stainless. As soon as I got it back it got tooooo hot to run them. We were just talking about starting our Saturday Sunday early morning runs again.

I need to find more space that’s for sure because it eats up yardage very quickly. I think I had it to 77 but had to shut it down:)

I do recall seeing that post. I found a sale price of $570 for the orange one. Couple more days and I get to drive the Infraction. :D

I'm actually surprised how nice it is. All the movements are smooth and the battery lasts a surprising amount of time and there is a second battery so no downtime. I need to get some rice for him to play with so he doesn't put it in the dirt or sand.

So after opening the Infraction on Christmas, I went to charge the Lectron yesterday. Brand new out of the box and it wouldn't charge. My charger was giving me an error. The battery had a bad cell. I went to another hobby shop that is closer to the house and I picked up a Power Hobbies pack. Charged it up and drove it today. That damn thing was leaving tire marks on asphalt :eek2:. Have you seen this video with the guy that put an 8S setup in his?

We got all three of our kids TRX4M Broncos for Christmas. My oldest son got a lift kit and a set of brass wheels and tires to go on his.

Lifted with stock wheels and tires next to a stock bronco.
    PXL_20231226_203934399.jpg
Added wheels and bigger tires next to my stock suspension F150 high trail. The F150 does have some aluminum wheels on it, but I think they are stock offset.

Hey guys I'll jump in this thread. Have been into RC (air and ground) for about 20 years.

Currently have a Traxxas trx4, and Traxxas summit. My group of friends meet up a couple times a year to BBQ and trail together.

Hey guys looking to sell my Tundra RC truck. I bought he a few years ago. It’s just been sitting in my dresser as a display piece. Never been driven or taken outside. Looking to get $600 shipped. Let me know if you have any questions.

I need to figure out what I need to bump my Infraction 3S from 14mm up to the 17mm hexes. That seems to be a common upgrade.

    They rock/et!!!
That upgrade is (I think) new spindles and that. When they upgraded my infraction with a solid axel, trans gear, ????, and that I had him do all the other stuff along with it. Everything is built better and more stout.

I bought 17mm hexes for my 3S Infraction but haven't gotten to wheels and tires yet.

^^^ now that you say that I think they did the axels, and knuckles, hubs, but still running the 14 mm.
