Today I was adjusting my front bumper and noticed my dog light bracket (the actual bracket that comes installed on the fog light) was broken on both fog lights. Not sure how this happened, but does anyone have any advice on where to possibly get new brackets? I already reached out to sparks parts, where I purchased the fog lights from, but they just told me the brackets are not sold separately.

I’m not sure I understand. They were previously mounted and everything went fine when I installed them. I’m not sure how or why the brackets broke. I have them mounted back in there until I figure something out, just irritating that they’re basically brand new and now the brackets are broken

Take a look through this thread...

I know you're not looking at the complete project, but as you scroll through you'll see where a basic L bracket is used to securely attach the upgraded fogs to the vehicle; requires you to drill one hole per side to secure the bracket, but once this is done no more issues w/broken brackets or vibration issues that we all had w/the OE Pro set up

Can that style bracket be used on the oem rigid fog lights? Or would I have to swap them for some rigid d2s?

Check the build link in my signature.
Someone else ran into this problem and it seems to me that Rigid didn’t offer them - said out was a proprietary Toyota or something. There’s a thread here on tundras about it

I am probably the last person to suggest it, but if you have to make due with what you got, I would look into a plastic welding kit to fuse the 2 pieces together. Once you have the w wire embedded between the 2 pieces, I would liberally apply JB Plastic weld to build up support. Ain't no one going to see it, so function over form on this don't over think it.

I thought about doing this exact process. I’m not sure what I’m going to do yet. I’ll check with rigid, I doubt they sell the brackets separately, but it’s worth a shot. Also looking into the d2 fog lights and the home made bracket that everyone seems to be having success with. Maybe I can sell the ones I currently have to offset the cost of those. Does anyone know if there’s a big difference between the 504815 ($411) and the 504813 ($259)

The Pro bezels are only that, bezels..
They only stick in the bumper.

I used that thread to mount my Rigid pods with Pro bezels in my 2014 chrome bumper.
    Mount is solid..

So you swapped yours for other d2s? I didn’t see a location on these to screw in a mount that could be bolted to the bracket

I don't know what you are talking about, but I used this thread to mount mine.

DIY RIGID TRD PRO Fog Lights Brackets | Toyota Tundra Forum (tundras.com)

I've had 3 different D series Rigid lights on my truck.
Clear SAE, amber SAE fogs, and now the LED pods.
I was using Rigid's ugly mount.

    26xby543_zpsahndnc9j_38a170097514f7bf389a2a6273ab59147eafdd2b.png79e15vyj_zpsq9yyrlnu_efbb2b57f3d0c3010f2a3b7edc4e332f084cb4ca.png

But after the TRD Pro bezels became available, I used the mounting method described in that thread with TRD Pro bezels.
The bezels just clip into the bumper, they have nothing to do with the mounting of the light.

I gotcha now. I thought you were saying you were able to mount the pro rigids to the L bracket. But yes, I also have the pro bezel and I’m going to just get a set of the d2s, the L bracket and try to sell the Toyota rigids I have currently.

The factory Toyota Pro Rigid fogs are better than Toyota's standard or LED fogs, but they don't compare at all to the Rigid D-series Pros (or the Diode Dynamics SS3 Pros)...

If you live somewhere that actually has foggy conditions, spend the $400 on a good set of Pro series SAE fogs (I prefer amber) since you've got it torn apart anyway, and you won't regret it

I have the OEM Toyota Rigid Bezels with with Rigid Pro series driving lights and the DIY L bracket. No complaints, no light wiggle.
Sure, probably should have picked SAE, but for as little as i use fog lights, it was a easy plug and play solution.
I had the Toyota LED fogs, they weren't impressive.
The Toyota/Rigid fogs on the pros are also watered down versions so it's really hard to justify the cost to switch to this option.
