I’m trying to find lower steering shaft. It’s part number is listed as 45203-OC011. I’ve ordered two and they don’t fit. Mine is 15 5/16” and the ones I ordered are 14 3/4”. The diameter on the male spline on mine is also larger .675”. Has anyone ever run into this problem?
    Thanks in advance.

I just replaced my lower shaft a couple of weeks ago. Where are you ordering it from? I got mine from Toyota. It was pricey, around $350. Looking on-line I found them as cheap as $60 but the reviews were terrible. Wrong sizes even though the part #'s were the same and they all came from china iirc. One reviewer complained that his new shaft broke within a few weeks. I concluded this is a part I'm not gonna cheap out on, not worth it to me.
I found a couple Brand name suppliers that make Toyota shafts that I would trust but none of them make our lower shaft. So I spent the money and it was an exact replacement. I hope this helps. Did you remove the old one yet?

Yeah the old one is out. I don’t know why the online parts can’t give dimensions. I ordered 2 from Amazon so returning isn’t a problem. I don’t know for sure, but I think most auto parts are coming from China or somewhere similar. I was looking for a mini split and learned Bosch is manufactured in China. Thanks for your help.
