Ok both heater hoses in and out of the cab are very hot, but no hot air coming out of vents, blower motor is working, I'm headed toward the dreaded ac/heater blend door nightmare. Any positive checks before going into the dash :((. 2010 Tundra is the unit that controls the air direction all one piece or do I need to buy the actuator and the gear associated with it or wait untill exploratory surgery is performed. thanks in advance for your reply.

This is my 2010 sequoias problem also, it gets warm but it is by no means hot. I'm about to venture this rabbit hole also.....If I can find time to do it. Let me know what you find out! Good Luck!

Do you get the dreaded 30 to 45 second delay before you can change any of the climate control settings?
