    If your crew pitches in and donates to buy the grill, then the next time Management requests use of it for a company function, charge them rent for it.

    Look into solar field operator. I know someone that operates our solar fields in Colorado from Utah, from the comfort of his home.

    Little update on this.

    So people put in, purchased a cheaper grill (780.00) and decided to just use propane.

    I didn't put one flippen cent to it. Of course the first company function what happens? Oh...the grill was being used for that. Now it's broke and needs a new regulator or something. Half the burners don't work.

    65 more days...
