    2018 Tundra 1794 :::
    This may seem like a dumb question, but I am a new owner of a tundra 1794 with a bed topper. ((My 1st truck!))

    Is it OK to remove it forever until I need it to use it again? Is there a kit to seal it to make it weatherproof?

    I plan on using it like a truck… with big items for my interior design business, and I don’t want the constriction of a topper all of the time.

    thoughts?

    It won't hurt it a bit. There might be some wear marks where the topper had contacted the painted surface.

    Welcome from MA!
    The seal around the bottom of the topper should stay on it when removed even if it gets damaged it's easily replaceable for little $

    Awesome. Any suggestions on rainy weather coverage? There’s a felt/carpet liner atm.

    Bedrug is okay getting wet but you could get a roll up cover but for a few hundred more just get the Softopper and sell the canopy one.
