It was a 3/8" spacer from Wheelers . the 1/4" or 1/2" Coachbuilder spacers would work too. It was the same on both sides since my drivers side lean was minimal at only about a 1/4" higher or lower depending on when the fuel tank is empty.
photos of poke are from before I added fender flares; because of the angle the bottom looks a little exaggerated

Finished installing the 6112 this morning. Glad to finally be able to post about my truck on here. The install went surprisingly easy. Only took about 3.5 hours for front and rear. The alignment and mounting tires took longer at the shop than the install itself. After I got the front end back together I realized I didn't add the bumpstop spacer washers that come with the 6112s.. Should I go ahead and add them or do you guys think I'll be alright without them?

    6112 @ 1.9 setting w/ 1 cb shim driver side
5100 in the rear w/ +1" cb shackles

    stock wheels w/ no spacers
tires are 285/70r18 Nitto Recon Grapplers

Another great video explaining how our tundras work in terms of suspension performance. Bonus is that the black truck (mine) has the bilstein 6112/5160.

I'm on basically the same setup as you, but with aftermarket UCAs, 6112's at the top setting with coachbuilder shims, and just a lift shackle in the rear with the 5160's. do the 5160's have enough down travel when off roading? I'm considering either these Dobinsons or a Toytec 3 pack add-a-leaf, but still want good down travel for off road.

    2011 Toyota Double Rock Warrior
    Installed by Toytec
6112s at 1.9/3rd and the 5160 combo Ironman UCAs
I had them also do a OME add a leaf to go on OME spring pack that is already installed
6112s replacing OME coil overs that were set 2.5.
Have 3 CB shims ready to go - told them truck sits slightly low on drivers side. Let’s do 2/1 set up.

get truck back - was told “shims are wobbly” and not needed.
    Pay bill drive home.
Truck is so crooked. I told them if needed to level, redo the springs to 4th clip. They didn’t. Truck is lower than before we started.
Dave at Coach picked up the phone on a Friday night and said he’s never had a issue with shims on 1000s of 6112 set up.
    Dims are
    LF 38 3/4 .. RF 40
    LE 42 1/4 .. RR 42 3/4

tire to fender- this from a mgf line equal on all the tires to account for tread wear differences
    8 1/4 .. 9 1/4
    11 1/4 .. 12 1/2

this is with half tank of gas
    285/75/17 wildpeaks

I get that springs will settle but WTF?
Can anyone throw up some of their wheel/fender measurement on preferably a second gen?

    So bummed.

Hate this for you as I had a positive experience at toytec a few years ago. That being said,
My primary sales rep (Hugo) left.

I know you’ve already spent a lot of $ but I’d go to another shop. Maybe Tru Automotive or Runnin 4 Tacos

unfortunately I’m in a 2020 so unsure mt measurements will help but hope you
Get what you are looking for!

Yeah they have been good in the past and I’m sure they will make it right. I’ll go see them Monday. I was pretty clear about keeping it level and 3” difference isn't that.
Definitely a WTF moment with “loose shims”

Edit- Toytec came though and made it right. Mostly a case of the right hand not understanding the left hand. The truck drives great. Pics soon

I think the height difference in each corner is going to vary a lot. What do you mean by crooked? drives crooked or looks crooked? have you had any alignment done? are your alignment angles all within factory green spec?

It got delayed a bit after the lady hit a pole pulling out of a parking space. Truck has been in the body shop since late October.

Plan to get it done in early January and will post pics here when it's done!

The front end was lower than the rear by 3.5-4 inches before the rear add a leaf had time to settle and the drivers side (tundra lean) was lower by an inch. I carried a bunch of weight in bed and full gas all weekend to help it settle.
It was aligned at the shop.
Main issue was the add a leaf added more height in rear, while the pre built 6112 at 3rd setting wasn’t high enough. The shim spacers weren’t sitting right because of the top hat diameter and weren’t used when they should have been.
Basically the shop guys installed what they thought I asked for, the sales guys didn’t relay that I wanted to keep truck level and do whatever was needed like reset 6112 to the 4th setting. I hadn’t planned on Toytec doing the front instal, just the add a leaf to the OME pack I had on at the time. On first pick up I should have looked closer at the 6112 lift but was rushed due to shop closing, rush hour traffic and approaching snow storm.
A massive family emergency came up literally as I had gotten front end jacked up and last lugs off. They were able to fit me in the schedule last minute to throw on 6112s. However, because of the quick drop off an overall game plan wasn’t detailed as good as it should have been. This I believe is part my fault and theirs so we came to a good and fair conclusion.
Truck looks and ride perfect now.

ok, so your truck had a rake (rear higher than front) and you were referring that as crooked. got you.

I have the same front end setup, probably with the rear sitting even higher than yours without weight, but with the added 500lbs weight, I think it rides good enough.

    Yes- high rake.
I have a snug top and 200# drawer/ gear storage- hence all the add a leaf lifts.

Got my 5160s on the way! Not sure if I’ll be changing my Total Chaos Fab 3/4” shackles with my Icon RXT leaf pack. They stated that with the RXT, we’re supposed to run stock shackles.

How are you guys all liking the 5160? Who’s upgraded from the 5100s?

I currently have a 3/1 Leveling Kit with 295/60/R20 Wildpeaks.

I want to get the 6112's with the 5160's in the rear. I will be getting rid of the 3/1 and want to keep the truck as level as possible. I won't be towing or carrying anything over 1,000lbs.

Can I run the 6112's at 1.3" or should I run them at 1.9"? I want to close the gap between the wheel well and the top of the tire as much as possible.

Install is done, so here is an initial pic. The rake is sitting a little weird right now since an extra leaf was added on each side in anticipation of additional weight for the pop up camper that's getting installed next week. With the camper at 400lbs, I don't expect it to squat it more than 1/2 inch so the additional leaf may get pulled eventually to level it out. Currently rides like a dump truck, but I expect it to be a very nice ride once it levels out.

    Here's the final part list:

    Dirt King Boxed UCAs
Bilstein 6112s in front at top setting
    Bilstein 5160 in rear
    OME CS055R Leaf springs
    OME Extra Leafs
    Method 316 17x8 25mm offset
    Falken Wildpeak A/T3W LT285/75R17
    DuroBumps on front and rear

    Measurements are currently:

    Right Front - 40"
    Right Rear - 44"
    Left Front - 39.5"
    Left Rear - 43"

I could be mistaken but weren’t you running 315-70-17 or 35’s at some point?

yes, first had the 315/70r17, then 35x12.5r17 then later this summer upsized to 37x12.5r17.

I based my setup off yours when I did it a couple years ago. What’s it like/what did you have to do to go from 35 to 37? Worth it?

I got a set of +35mm wheels to be able to clear 37s better, and still rub a little bit under full suspension travel, however, its tolerable and on road its barely noticeable. However, that being said, if you are not doing any hard offroading I'd suggest stick with 35s, I find 35s the sweet spot for a balanced tundra setup.

I’m towing heavy a lot so probably best to stick with 35’s. The rubber is always blacker the next size up

then definitely I would stick with 35s, gearing with 37 is a bit off with stock 4.30 ratio. and yes, for that reason I am still keeping my 35s tires/wheel combo in my garage just in case.

Camper is installed and also have 300lbs of tube sand in the back. Still having some issues with the rake and will likely end up removing a leaf.

Rides better with weight but still has a bit of a forward lean and steering can be a bit dart-y.

I can finally add to this thread after way too many hours spent overthinking every component of the setup. Very happy with the overall look, ride, and handling after install.
