Is this the timing tensioner (video)?

    2013 Tundra 5.7 w 195k, startup at 25 degrees:

    It does this on a cold start. If shut off and started again, it will not do it.
    I switched from 0w-20 to 5w-30 but no help yet.
    The previous owner was using Penzoil 5w-30 and I didnt notice the noise until after my first oil change with 0w-20. Thanks

    Mine doesn't sound like that.That is almost like a lifter sound.

    Yeah, that's what I'm wondering too.
    It sounds louder than the other videos I've seen.

    That is loud enough that you should be able to get a stethoscope and find it. To me, that sounds external, not internal. Hope I’m right for your sake
