I put on 275/65R20 tires and it rubs this piece. I bought toytec bumper shims and cannot get to the bolts needed so removing this piece in the short term.

I can’t find any replacement parts but is there a solution to cover the exposed fog lights?

At some point, will get the bumper shims on but need to cover this up before then.

Put them back on and use a heat gun to mold the protruding part away from the tire.

That is the route I went with before I tossed the OEM bumper

The 3 bolts needed to install the shims will be easier to access if you take off your grill and lower valence. You can access it through the bottom too, but might be harder due to leverage.
