Ive run out of projects for now, and had a set of extra Baja Designs Squadrons in the garage. I finally found some use for them. Also threw some strut and LCA skids on from Victory 4x4

Now to figure out the next big project...

IMG_2964.jpg Sorry for dark pic, there was light out when I started . Installed rear cornfed 1” spacer. Fronts already had rough country M1 (at 1.75”) so it was front high

quick question, I had alignment done when the front m1 was installed last week. Does it need another alignment for rear spacer post install? Thanks

I’ve never touched alignment after a rear lift.

Finally got my truck. Shout out Damian Lillard Toyota in McMinnville Oregon. The sales team basically did backflips to get my deal done on a Sunday afternoon. Guy beat me to the truck I was looking at so they sourced a dealer trade on a truck of my choice. Best service I’ve had in a long time. Stoked on the truck. 33654188-3584-43B4-9E22-2FD570DC8396.jpg

No pics of spacers. Think I bought them off ebay and are 1.25". Worked out well.

Looks good. Consider some of those red TRD wheel caps to go along with those calipers

This Deadhead just got word that the DMV approved "DRKSTRR" vanity plates for my '22 SR5.

The wait for them will be longer than a Grateful Dead song...

    Also, debadged.

Purchased the truck on Jun 10, 2023, modifications will be made!
It's installed, haven't actually used it yet other than testing it out in the driveway, but it seems well built and there is plenty of room inside for 2 large adults and 1 kid. I'm 6'4" and my wife is 6'0" and we have extra space at our feet and sides.

It's a beast of a tent though, not too difficult to install by myself with the help of a forklift, but without one of those you need 2 people if not 3 people. You are also going to want to have upgraded rear springs. I have the Dobinsons 2" 220-440 lbs springs and they handle it well when you add the weight of the rack and the fact that I have a full size 37" spare in the bed as well.

No pictures yet of it opened up, I will ad some later.

Hard to tell but swapped the standard tails to sequential and wired in the elbow tailgate button in the tails

Please tell me more about the swap! The wiring was already there for the tailgate button and it was just plug n play? Or did you have to do some custom electrical work? I'm guessing you bought them from Toyota directly and put them onto a SR5?

I bought the tails from sparks and bought the harness from eBay. The guy is on the gen3 tundra Facebook groups and usually announces when he makes more. They usually launch on the weekends as he does this on the side. He goes over how to add the button to the standard tails but I wanted the sequential ones that come with the button anyways. Was all plug and play and took all of 10 minutes to do

I'd like to have a tailgate switch on both sides and not just the driver.

Did the cornfed 1 inch up front. Looks great and I don’t have to worry about being nose high. Next up tires. Thinking of 285s 65s, with stock wheels. If you have a recommendation I’d love to hear em!
