Wow! what a beast!!

 

Installed the DD SS3 Max fogs. All I can say is OMG, what a huge upgrade. This is a pic of just the fogs!

 

First day trip with snow this season. Kids got to do some sledding, made everyone cup of noodles, threw the stick for Sasha, overall great day.

 

I like your truck. Looks like a great time with the family. What’s the dogs name?

 

Unless he was throwing the stick for his wife or daughters, I think the dog’s name is Sasha…

Installed the compressor and horn in and under the truck box, respectively. I wanted as little distance from the compressor to the horn as possible so this worked out perfectly. I also like the protection from the elements with this location. Wiring will happen probably next weekend.

Pulled this from AR to VA with the family. Pulled great! Mileage sucked (11-12 MPG) but that’s expected. (Estimated weight is about 4K # in the trailer.)

I put a switch in my compressor circuit so that I can shut off power to the compressor. It's a failsafe so that it doesn't run the battery down if I ever had an air leak.

Looks like they are 20% off right now; not a requirement w/the Rago unit, but I used one w/my Rago mount and it's rock solid (no flex in the dash at all)

 

Did another round of rust proofing! No salt can break through, I'm totally sure!



Really, when I stopped for the night it was already ice covered, so could not really clean anything... Hopefully the boots are in tact.
