I almost got bulldozed by a semi that was hauling ass this morning at a bad intersection for exactly this reason. Thankfully the coffee hadn't kicked in yet and I was delayed on my launch.

Yeah it's good to give a left-right-left look before smashing the gas.

When people with no depth perception or hand/eye coordination start hacking into a pie. Please let a fully functional person slice the pie. Fuk'n animals.

 

Are we talking about pumpkin pie? Pumpkin pie is absolutely disgusting. The people who are cutting it unevenly and weird are probably just hoping it will offend the host to the point where they won't be invited next year.

Thanksgiving dinner with In-Laws was supposed to be at 2pm. One of the other in law families didn't show up till 6PM! Everyone had to wait or those folks would be upset. I have no idea who these people are and I doubt I'll ever see them again.

Ontop of that, on the way home on the 4 lane, in the dark, some jackass got tucked up in my blind spot for like 5+ miles, I had cruise set at 67, he was matching my speed change and everything. Just camping in the passing lane in my blind spot. No traffic on the road thankfully. I slowed down to 45 in for no reason and he just stayed there, eventually he went on, I lane changed behind them and kept up with them. THEN they got up to 75+, no problem, I can match that. Wife was on the phone so she didn't know I was playing the game back at them. He caught up to another vehicle and started doing the same thing to them. Don't know wtf people's problems are they have to do that crap. I turned off shortly after but damn.

 

Most humans aren't as intelligent as you would expect them to be in this day and age. They don't know why they do the things they do, themselves.

 

I would have let them be upset.

I think so many people are so used to following or being told what to do they don't even know they are doing anything wrong or causing a hazard
I work in the city and have to park on sidewalks and green areas I can't tell you how many times people have tried to follow me over a curb onto the side walk
Beamers weren't designed to curb hop or now that you got your porsch suv up on the side walk how you going to get back on the road before BTD (Boston traffic div) shows up

 

My family used to have dinner at 2pm on T-day. I don't remember ever hearing an explanation for why so early.
My wife's family has it late, like 6ish.
Now it's just us and a few of our adult kids every year and we just do normal dinner time, like 430ish.
My wife does all the cooking and she sets the time. No accommodations for people that want to eat early or can't make it until later.

This wasn't some blind ignorance, this was passive aggressive driving, you ever try to match speed with someone to stick at their 8 o'clock blind spot? Especially when the target (me) speeds up and slows down trying to get them to move on?
This asswipe was doing it with intent, what the intent was I do not know. Maybe they had a webcam and needed to have something to upload for likes, IDK..nor care.

I hate people parking in fire lanes, or disability parking. I hate even more when I say something and then it’s ME who apparently is the asshole?

I went up to one dude in the fire lane and commented that it’s pretty awesome the fire department uses bmw’s to put out fires, and asked where the hose was.

these people have no shame.

another woman today parked in the fire lane (and we couldn’t back out of our stall). We did the obligatory flip the bird. She followed us to a red light and rolled her window down to yell. Told us to mind our own business and said we were crazy to flip her the bird with her kid in the car. Wife said she shouldn’t teach her kid bad habits. Wife dropped the “c” word. lol.

 

Those trucks in general they look stupid and void the truck of any real usefulness.

my wife uses it plenty. It’s actually shocking to most people. She uses it conservatively though, and when it’s used it’s most certainly well deserved.

 

Some Dee Eff did this to a pair of handicap spots at my local grocery store a coupla years ago. Next to these spots is the shopping cart return enclosure, so I spent about 5 minutes standing shopping carts on their backs, all the way around the car. People were walking by and staring, till they figured out what I was doing. I got some applause…

Then, I went and sat in my truck and waited so I could watch the tantrum. A few of the other spectators did the same.

Man, that made my day!
