Being 6’8” tall, I get into my 2023 completely stock Platinum Hybrid with left foot on running board, right hand on grip and pull right leg and right body side into seat. If I am on a hurry, right hand on grip and right foot on floorboard and pull myself up into seat.
I came from a 2019 Superduty Powerstroke and used this method to get in and out of it. Floorboard was 28” off the ground.
Wife is 5’2” and she steps up on running board with both feet and then gets in. I normally help her up on the running board as she can’t reach the grip from the ground.
I can guarantee she thinks her way is right and my response is “Yes Dear”

Ah, I few people said the 3rd gen has too many issues and he was extremely hurt because the truck he drives, defines him and now he has to bring it up in every thread, regardless of topic because he still hasn't healed. I love those.

standard entry is that the leg that is closest to the door (when you are sitting in the seat) is the foot that goes on the running board/step first or the door sill.

its the opposite if you intend to sit in the seat and rotate 90 degrees into position (old folks tend to do this a lot, my dad did this in his 70's due to bad hip)

Inside foot on board, usually in front, outside foot on board. Inside foot into truck, outside foot into truck.

I have the power and leave it down at night to prevent catalytic converters theft.

I hate to tell you this, but meth heads that steal cats are pretty thin.
They can fit under your power steps..
If you haven't, I'd suggest some cat shields..

    I have AMP steps on my 2014 with a 2.5 lift/level.
I rarely use them; grab the steering wheel, right foot to floorboard, sit, scoot, left foot in.

The only reason I have them is so my 5' wife can get in and out.
What is her method of Tundra entry?
    I never noticed or cared..
But whatever it is, she is correct..

I deploy mine when I stop at a traffic light, open the window and yell out loud to everyone in sight "Look, I'm a Ford now. My power steps are broken too!"

How many Ford/Lincolns do you see running around with their steps (usually just one) deployed?
    :p

Just tested it. Step on board with right foot. Then stand fully upright with both feet on the board. Then right foot swings in as I sit down followed by the left foot.

    I’m 5’7” short so there’s that

The Predator Steps are the worst! You ONLY have room for one foot at a time. Getting into the truck is easy (driver - left foot on step, right foot into the truck/sit). Getting out of the truck is a pain. If you place your left foot on the step, then you have to swing your butt out and kinda do a 180. Looks, feels very awkward.

I actually had this style on my 09 Crewmax but maybe the Go Rhino version. Ironically the only person who liked them was the one who has the hardest time getting into my trucks, my 75 y o Mother in Law. Didn't care that she couldn't easily fit both feet facing forward, only that they were lower to the ground than other steps.

My 5’1” wife requires them to enter/exit as well as our 80+ yr old parents. I use them to avoid sliding all my weight over the edge of the drivers seat cushion risking cracking the infamous plastic seat trim surround.
Method - Left foot on the step, right foot into the cab step, ass into the seat, swing legs in.

I originally wanted predator steps. Wife thankfully talked me out of them. I went with trd, and they match my diamondback cover perfectly

I went back and forth. Never saw them other than a picture and we (wife and I) picked the Predators because they looked lower for her. I am regretting it every time we get into the truck. Would sell/trade in an instant!

Although they do seem to provide some good protection.

Plat with power boards, stand firmly at 6.2 with both feet gazing over the cab doing a 360 view of my surroundings, ensuring everyone around can see it is I who drives this beautiful black Tundra...

No running boards, or steps, on my truck. I don't like the look, and I've torn them off of previous trucks while wheeling. I'm 6'4", so I just get in. Right foot first, then left. My 5'3" wife deals with it.
