Im a bit partial to Tony Chachere's myself, but that looks f'n awesome. Had a friend working at a butcher shop up until 2015, and he'd kick me strips of belly. I loved braising them at low temp in the oven until the top crisped up with just a little kosher salt and brown sugar rub. Awesome in Ramen.

Mine are longer bulbs like what @BroHon posted. Which is weird, Sylvania says they're T10. They look more like the DE3425 used in the dome light. EDIT: Just looked. It appears the map lights for my '06 access cab are 36mm festoons, but I currently have 39mm installed, Sylvania has a bulb to fit (ZEVO DE3425 for 180° output, 6418 for 360° output). The dome light I have installed is a is a 28mm festoon but Sylvania says it should be a 31mm festoon (DE3175). I'm gonna crunch on this for a minute and decide if I want to fork over the bucks on their ZEVO lifetime-warranty bulbs or not.

@Tundra2 I believe actually popped his off, and soldered on another LED in its spot? I want to say. I think in the AC his dad is/was selling.

I have less light in the cab after putting LEDs in the map lights, interestingly enough.

If you like regular Tony’s, “more spice” is a game changer. So much more flavor.

I pulled out the metal shields in there, and it's pretty bright for me.
I get the "focused beam" so it doesn't splash the whole front cabin, but how often is someone reading/Map looking?

I just like being able to see what's in the center console when I open the door, as I get into the truck in my dark ass half-under-earth garage. And my current setup doesn't afford me that.

Hahaha, whatever an S21's camera does on its own. It's morning dark so it could be a bit deceiving, but I'm telling ya not very much. At first I thought you could do a surgical procedure in that cab!
I swear its not as bright now though, do LEDs lose there brightness slowly?

    Lexus update-

The ozone generator I purchased worked fantastic. 95% of the smoke smell is gone. Gonna do a couple more cycles over my thanksgiving break and that should get it to 100%.

Taking a peek at the timing belt was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. Apparently these have aluminum TB covers instead of plastic, so all three bolts plus the center nut need to be removed.
    IMG_9843.jpg
Belt looks good despite being 30k miles overdue. I’ll be changing it over winter break but I needed the peace of mind.

Headlight restoration looks fantastic. Honestly didn’t think the headlights were that bad until I restored them. I used Cerakote’s kit as they advertise a ceramic coating. We’ll see how long it lasts, if I get a year I’ll be happy.
    IMG_9852.jpg
    IMG_9853.jpg

The re-foam kits for the speakers and sun didn’t arrive on time, so I’m still listening to music through the tweeters. I’ll have do do that over thanksgiving as well…

I also like Gator Hammock, but wouldn't recommend going out of your way to get it if you can't find it at your favorite seasoning spots. Great on wings. You hafta like celery salt to enjoy it, I think. It's got heat, but more flavor than heat, it's not out to give you spicey twicey, but good for a chilihead.

Neither of these are “hot”. But the seasoning profile is excellent

we got the philips 5x7 leds installed... need to fuck with the fog light wiring so it doesnt have those weird toyota ground switched quirks. but the highs and lows work. fantastic output for this car
no where near as bright as the Cibies with 100w bulbs are in the 95 taco though.[IMG]

I know a few of you like looking at online truck listings. We're trying to find a bed for @jpink 2005 Double cab without fender flares. His got destroyed by another car in a parking lot.

If anyone finds a clean one in the Southeast let us know. Otherwise he found one in Ohio we may go get.

Black but he would settle for any color if it was rust free and in good condition. He's waiting on pictures for one but it's a 5 hour drive.
