So I purchased a Cali raised OEM switch to use on my light bar install. I got the bar in switch wired in and working but my dumb ass didn’t make sure the switch would fit. So yeah it doesn’t. The only spot I have available is where the headlight adjustment dial/switch is and it’s just a tad larger than the other switches. Couldn’t tell by eye. So now I have a switch hanging out there. Any ideas if there’s like another part that would allow me to slot this switch into it to make this work?or am I missing a piece from Cali raised?

The last picture is the dummy that came out. The button (square part) is the same but the rest of the dummy is bigger. It is one piece.

So yeah I figured it out. That switch frame is bigger you cannot just buy a frame it make it fit. I ended up using an exacto knife and a dremil to cut the protruding square and Dremilled out the opening a little bit bugger to fit the new OEM switch. Turned out nice and tight and you can’t really tell it’s been modified because the button covers the marks. Pain in the ass and stressful but worked. I had ordered a new blank just in case I totally messed it up but didn’t need it in the end.

You wouldn't happen to have some more pictures would you? This is my only remaining switch blank and I'm thinking of using it for onboard air. Did you basically cut the end and then notch out a place for the detent clips to catch the blank "sleeve"?

Sorry no I don’t have more pictures. I should have taken more while I was doing it. But yes I just cut the button off which is abit of a pain cause the plastic is hard and thick. Then I had to remove some plastic braces that are inside the hollow of the blank. Cleaned it up as best I could then just pushed the switch into the hole in the blank which turned out to be a nice tight fit, no notch needed. It does stick out quite abit further than the other buttons but I’m ok with that. I’ll probably make it better later.

Thanks for the quick reply. That definitely sounds like more custom work than I was hoping on a visible dash switch. I already have winch power solenoids wired to a Cali Raised switch in another location, so I'll just piggyback the compressor to the same power source as a master cutoff and then install a different control switch locally or use a remote.

You should just get a OEM trd pro light bar switch that goes on that blank space to the left (rectangular cut out)
