Just got it in April with 399k, original engine and trans from my knowledge.

just refreshed front end, water pump/timing belt, replaced all exhaust gaskets, and full service. Runs strong. I really took a gamble but it was fairly cheap.

My father in-laws 1st gen has over 500k miles and running strong. He's a retired Toyota mechanic so he's diligent about everthing and it shows. And the thing is regularly carrying a camper while towing a boat or quad trailer.

You may be the first user I've ever seen who posted their truck pic using maps/street view. That double-back-cab had me double-taking until I realized "Dinning" on the store window was actually "Din" in one photo and "ning" in another photo and they'd been merged together at a different angle, at the same spot as the doubling od the rear cab.

I’m still young at 307k. The average vehicle amasses 12,000 miles a year. Mine has averaged around 13,000. High mileage but still low for these trucks.

I used to put 3k a month on a company vehicle and my little Tacoma just sat, I was lucky to do 10k a year if I was doing road trips to New Mexico for fire works often……

Mine wouldn’t even have that if I didn’t drive to Florida and back in it this past June. The tundra is likely to see less than 50 miles a month typically. Normally I hop in once a week to hit the dump, 6 miles round trip.

2001 Tundra, 187k miles. I'm about to take a cross-country road trip. Inherited it at 135k miles and since 2020 I've replaced the front and rear suspension, steering rack and pinions, front brakes, O2 sensors, spark plugs, fuel injectors, and I'm doing the sway bar links this weekend. I'll bring replacement ball joints with me on the road trip. Writing this post reminded me that I need to replace the spare tire.

The truck is blushing, thank you! The timing belt was replaced around 2017. I just had it inspected by someone who knows what theyre doing and it didn't come up in the report so I think we're cruisin!
