Husky X-Act liners front and rear different?

Just installed my Husky X-Act liners. The front are great. Soft rubber like matteral. The rear is the full Crewmax cover and it's hard plastic like Weathertech. It's that normal?

 

My friend at worked recently complained about this exact issue with his. He was convinced one of them was counterfeit.

 

I ordered mine from Husky. I put in a massage to them to see what they say. If that's how they are I might return the rear or sell it. I got it them for about half off. So if I can get maybe $65 for it that would cover might cost.

 

Rears should be soft rubber, mine are.

 

Same here. I bought mine over 3 years ago though

 

Mine are pretty old too. Wondering if they replaced it with cheap plastic. I need to order a set for my other truck but not if it’s plastic.

 

Sounds like the rear mat is their Weatherbeater series. They are more like plastic and not very flexible. Do you still have the packaging to check/verify the model number?

 

Mine was soft, similar to the front.
I bought it 5 years ago, so I don't know if it has changed.
However, it was similar, not exactly the same. For instance, fronts had the Husky logo insert while the back was just stamped, indicating not exactly the same level. Back was maybe a little thinner, especially where it stretched over the area under the seat. But in general the feel and texture was the same.

 

Yeah I have the box and the email showing I bought the nicer ones.

 

Yeah that back one is completely different. I emailed them. Hopefully they just screwed up and will send me that style one. Hopefully they didn't change to a cheaper type.
