Hello. I purchased my 2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition late August. I want to do some things to Blue. Does anyone have insert overlays on theirs. I am thinking flag colors or red. I am ordering some mud flaps. I have someone who will put the ceramic coating on my vehicle. I am getting great ideas. Thank you, Cindy

 

Guess I'll add mine to the mix since the new tires went on yesterday. Next up, front bumper with bull bar...

Looking at a ‘23 Platinum in Blueprint.
I work in construction and I’m on job site a lot as well as driving on ranch roads. I’ve mostly owned white trucks and wondering how you’re liking this darker color ? Does it show every speck of dust and light scratch? Anything I should be cautious about?

 

It shows scratches and swirls just like a black truck and when it’s covered in dust, i don’t mind it and wash it weekly. Buy it

 

thats any dark color vehicle, not just blueprint. silver hides dirt the best.

I owned a black '96 impala SS for awhile. It didn't always look clean, but what I decided was that on the days that it did ... it was worth it.

Go for it, and you'll enjoy every time you wash and wax it back to full gloss (but you'll want to do that more often so be prepared!) The blueprint is a great color.

... edit: I was thinking about this some more. I also had a black Saturn Vue. I hated the color, it was always dirty AND I didn't feel like investing time in the car. So liking the vehicle makes a BIG difference. I think you'll probably be good with the Tundra. I could see liking that one

 

Yo! New to the forum. Just made the switch from tacoma to tundra. Here's my Blueprint. Inspired by everything i'm seeing here. love this color.

 

I love the blueprint color and I like the contrast to the saddle interior. I just couldn't buy another shade of grey. That said, it's been a while since I had a dark car for a daily driver. It's a pain in ass to keep it as clean as I like to keep my vehicles. If I had it to do over I'd probably do white or silver. Still, the blueprint looks great.

 

Anybody put the TRD Pro flares on a blueprint?

Well, I got rid of some of it yesterday. I installed gloss black side mirror caps and door handle covers. I'm deciding on what I want to do with the front grille.

 

color match the stash for starters,

Actually, I was thinking of spraying it with Duplicolor shadow chrome.

 

I don't think you can paint over chrome can you?

I had my dealer order a ready to paint one and then a body shop color matched it before I took delivery. I think the paint won't last spraying over chrome, but I could be wrong.

285/60/20 BFG KO2s. Happy with them so far. I'm really interested in doing the 1" cornfed on the front like yours. Was that a pretty easy install?
