We're staying on the North Shore, so we'll be driving a lot to go do stuff. That'll help me not drink as much.

I'll go through months at a time not drinking, and my 'drinking all day' when camping means 5 between noon and 9p. I still have binge nights, but they're months in between. I get more worried about days in a row than total drinks consumed, and these past few weeks I had several events that all met at once - camping, my 10th anniversary, a fairly rare night out with friends and wives, and a cigar and whiskey night with my son mixed in. I'm not worried about the direct impact of the juice, I'm worried about the things that don't happen the next day, like exercise, due to my givashitter being in low gear. And that's not due to full-on hangovers, because unless I've had maybe 10 glasses of whiskey, I don't get them (other than the slow givashitter). It's just the extra weight and sedentary behavior that's getting to me. Reason enough.

I think we are all mature enough that can all appreciate the physical attractiveness of a good physique in either sex without it being a sexual thing. Let's face it, we all wish we were in the 8-15% range with our physiques because it looks good and is a confidence booster. I 100% promise you, if I ever get my ass in shape enough that my abs show, pics will be posted here.
