Hauled 126ft of 2x6 & framed an electric fireplace. The side framing is made up of 2x4 and I already had those up from the days prior

Every cav I’ve seen has had the paint off there. I think it just reacts different to the plastic versus the metal. Here’s my truck and you can tell it’s off. 99% of people aren’t going to be able to tell though so it only bothers me lmao

Also curious - did you modify the socket for that part to with with the plug in your truck?

Yeah you have to use an Xacto knife to open up the female receptacle a bit. If you buy from @luxury4play, he does it for you.

Please let us know about a single USB-C option that’ll replace the CarPlay plug.

    Gotcha
I’m just going to swap the factory connector when I go to the dual USB-C version. I don’t like trimming connectors or sockets

For the power-only USBs, that should be fine since there are only two wires. The CarPlay outlet is a different story and that connector should be left in place, in my opinion. We need just need to find a compatible single-gang USB-C outlet that will drop in.

I would definitely be interested in converting all three of these to USB C at the same time.

Picked up a set of new trd pro replicas in 18x9 +18 offset. Going to run them while towing or maybe a winter tire setup.

Nah. No open fire except for cooking in the town limits. Outside in the county there are no issues except when there is a ban in place.

No, removing rear seats and replacing the carpet with a pet friendly replacement. I had the ESP metal storage box back there I just removed so I can build a solid platform for my dogs

Taking everything out provides a nice large area back there. Now it’s time to clean while I have it in pieces

I need a single switch mounting point for my switch on my console. Where did you get that switch mount?
