6112s up front w/ 650 lb springs, 5160s in the rear, JBA UCAs, Suspension Maxx Links, ATS leafs w/ Wheeler's AAL and overload spring, Toyota Gloss Gunmetal TRD Wheels, Toyo Open Country AT3s 275/70/17
That leaf looks like a burr oak to me, or at least something close. We have a lot of those burr oaks around Dallas-Fort Worth. I actually milled one into a bunch of planks that I’ve used for various woodworking projects. The grain is really nice. In the woodworking world, a burr oak falls in the white oak family. I’d be lying if I told you I could nail down the exact scientific name or details of all the different oaks. I really only know about it from the woodworking point of view.

I’m pretty sure “Alba” is white in that world, and Quercus is oak genus, so I’m going with “Quercus Alba”

I'm guessing there was probably a special provision welded onto the axle housing for the OEM rear swaybar eh? I found LKQ is selling rear OEM bars for several years at a semi-reasonable price, but I have my sneaky suspicion it's not a bolt-on affair and would probably be missing hardware.

Anybody been to Sedona in the December-Feb range? Curious if the trails get closed?

Coconino National Forest lists which trails are open/ closed and they update it in the winter. Soldier's Pass, Broken Arrow, Devils Bridge etc are on there. https://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/coconino/alerts-notices/?cid=STELPRDB5341633

Lower half of Schnelby hill will be open up to a certain point, but not all of it. I'm pretty sure everything else immediately around Sedona stays open though.

@Mr.bee Did you say there is a front/back with these? So far they seem to measure the same.

Yes. Look at the spot I circled. That's the where the lever for the parking brake/ bell crank attaches. The shoes have to be in the right orientation for the e-brake lines to work.

The spot on the shoe where the lever mounts needs to be on top of the axle, and the shoe that gets the lever needs to be on the front of the axle.

Random question. Should my 2000 Tundra have a key fob that can unlock its doors? Mine didnt come with one, but it has powered locks. Wondering what I need to do to get either a working key fob or install like pop locks or something on the doors.

Yes, and I’m not sure. Probably through Toyota dealership but I’m sure someone here did it cheaper since they’re basic fobs with unchipped keys.

Originally buying it new gave you two fobs and two keys.

I purchased my 2000 in 2005 and it came with two bare metal keys. About 10 yrs ago I asked my local dealer that same question and no it did not come with a FOB. I asked if it was possible to purchase the parts to add that to my vehicle and he said no

I would think all you need is fob, a box to accept the fob signal, wired into the electric lock & done. Assuming you've electric locks. On older trucks the central lock is basically a stand alone system that might talk to the lights (wink/wink-wink), might talk to the horn (toot/toot-toot), might talk to a siren.

At this point in time, on an older truck I'd just get a remote start system that will talk to the electric locks & comes with fob(s).
Remote start isn't as big a luxury in SC in winter perhaps, but it's nice to get the a/c going in the summer too. side bonus, fobs to lock/unlock.

So the VIP RS3000 didn’t come as an integrated but unactivated option on the 2000 like it did on the 2002 (with fobs)?

Sounds kinda sketch that you didn’t get a fob for power windows and locks though.
